Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tea Barista to join our team. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

Your duties will include greeting and assisting customers, engaging in meaningful conversations about tea concept, products, and knowledge, and preparing, plating, and serving food and drinks according to recipes and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including prepping ingredients, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping the cafe area tidy. Additionally, you will work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and interest in Food and Beverage (F&B)
  • Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
