About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure expert to lead and manage our team of professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, and support of our computer systems, as well as designing and managing network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the infrastructure team
- Oversee computer setup, maintenance, and support
- Design and manage network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Provide IT audit support and enhance security
- Handle IT infrastructure tasks (communication lines, system installations)
Requirements:
- University graduate or above (educational background not required if professional qualifications or experience are available)
- Experience in designing, building and operating IT infrastructure (5+ years)
- Experience with implementing and operating Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Practical experience in network and security fields
- Team management experience
- Business level Japanese language skill to align with Japanese clients closely
