Early Childhood Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our educational team as a leader in early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the childcare center, promoting a positive and supportive environment for staff, children, and parents.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the center, including curriculum design, staff management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare by implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and the community, effectively communicating the center's mission, goals, and values.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and childcare management software.
