This job requires a senior electrical engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical engineering solutions, conduct thorough analyses and simulations to optimize system performance and reliability, and drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies into designs.

Key responsibilities include managing the work of electrical specialist contractors, setting up smart facilities management technology operations, and performing routine energy consumption audits.

Required qualifications include a tertiary education in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent, prior experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering roles, and proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset is essential for tackling complex electrical and energy-related issues, as well as good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with project teams and landlords.

Familiarity with BCA regulations and electrical engineering codes of practice is also beneficial.
