Job Title: Senior Electrical Specialist

The position of a senior electrical specialist is available for individuals with extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within facilities. As part of our team, you will possess an in-depth knowledge of electrical services and be responsible for the optimal operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all electrical systems across our facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the routine operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems, including power generation, transmission, and distribution (high and low voltage equipment).
  • Manage and maintain building services such as lighting (interior and exterior), power outlets, fire alarm systems, security systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and backup power systems (generators).
  • Diagnose and identify faults in complex electrical engineering systems, building installations, plant, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within a facility management or building services environment.
  • Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) is highly preferred; relevant certifications in facility management (e.g., CFME) are a plus.
