Located in the heart of the city, our hotel is just a stone's throw from Orchard Road. Our 142-room luxury lifestyle accommodations offer a unique blend of comfort and style.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Patrolling hotel premises to prevent and detect any potential security risks
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the hotel, including screening visitors and checking IDs
  • Identifying and addressing security risks, such as suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and fire hazards
  • Investigating incidents and accidents, preparing reports, and taking appropriate action as needed
  • Maintaining a visible presence and responding to guest inquiries and requests for assistance
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Security and fire safety certifications
  • Previous experience in hotel security operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
  • Physical fitness to stand and walk for extended periods
