Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our goal is to attract, recruit and advise the best talents in the industry and grow our business in Singapore. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our growth and work with us. The role would ideally suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines during selection and assessment.
- Research and experiment with sourcing tools and techniques.
- Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies: social media, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and advanced internet sourcing.
- Co-design hiring materials aligned with our Employee Value Proposition.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Support diversity and inclusion, graduate hiring, and internship programmes.
- Collaborate on recruitment drives with external partners.
- Pitch in with broader HR initiatives when needed.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years' experience in tech recruitment, ideally with a fast-paced tech firm, consultancy, or headhunting agency.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring when required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for innovation and problem-solving.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.
• Team player with a great sense of humor—we work hard and have fun doing it.
