About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at SOAMI ARTISANAL PTE. LTD.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and manage a group of team members, driving sales growth, team management, inventory control, sales promotions, and delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships to foster strong partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers on logistics and budget matters to ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock movement, slow/fast selling items, stock checks, and quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with the branch manager to ensure the store is fully stocked with product and collection at all times.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of dress code and personal presentation among sales staff.
  • Utilize social media platforms to connect with potential clients and industry professionals, leveraging these channels to drive business growth.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently to manage the store and a small team, taking initiative and thinking critically to resolve retail-related matters.
  • Show comfort working with small jewelry bits and jewelry tools and machinery.
  • Educate and train the retail team on product and SOP changes to ensure they are well-equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop a keen eye for jewelry and fashion to offer valuable suggestions to customers.
  • Able to work 5 days a week, including one weekend, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
