Incident Manager for EOD Batch Processing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to lead our EOD Batch Processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex IT initiatives in a matrix environment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of EOD Batch processing, infrastructure, and related systems.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, interacting with all levels of management to ensure effective issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing complex IT initiatives or operational line manager experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Experience in Application support, Knowledge on EOD Batch processing, Infrastructure (Storage, Network, Unix/Linux etc), Web/Application/Middleware services.
Desirable Skills
  • Remedy, helix, Application support, Knowledge on EOD Batch processing, Infrastructure (Storage, Network, Unix/Linux etc), Web/Application/Middleware services.
  • P payments flow.
