About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Architect to lead our platform strategy and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, scalability, and security of our global platform.

In this role, you will drive the evolution of our platform to meet the growing needs of both Group IT and the business aligned with Symrise's digital and corporate strategies. You will work closely with senior IT stakeholders to evaluate new integrated features and provide recommendations that further enhance our platform.

  • Lead the overall architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of the platform, including interfaces with other IS components or client/server APIs with on-prem/cloud solutions, such as LDAP, SAP, or legacy applications.
  • Oversee application security and platform-related audits to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of processes and/or technology, considering technical debt and prioritizing occurring incidents or problems.
  • Manage projects for regular platform upgrades and feature implementation (configuration, scripting, reporting) in close collaboration with the platform owner and relevant stakeholders.
  • Define and foster the adoption of best practices in architecture, methodology, coding, testing, and development operations among relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal platform maintenance across its entire lifecycle (development, maintenance, support) and work with external partners as appropriate.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification in a related field.
  • ServiceNow Administrator or Developer Certification; Technical Architect Certification is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, and development.
  • Familiarity with IT service management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Interdisciplinary mindset with the proven ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Estimated Salary

S$120,000 - S$180,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
