Job Title: Station Chef

As a key member of the culinary team, you will oversee a specific kitchen station responsible for food production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cooks and demi-chefs to ensure tasks are completed according to standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Rotate between stations to expand skills and experience.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on prepared dishes, ensuring taste, temperature, and presentation meet expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement portion control measures to minimize waste.
  • Facilitate effective communication among kitchen staff.
  • Inspect incoming stock deliveries for accuracy.
  • Enforce cleanliness standards for equipment, workstations, and environment.
Requirements:
  • Professional certification in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Essential skill: culinary expertise.
  • Desirable background: Junior Executive in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service management.
