Job Title: Contract Review Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in Singapore. The primary responsibility of this role is to review, analyze, and manage various types of contracts. This position will provide crucial support to internal business units and assist in managing diverse projects.

This includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests. Additionally, providing timely legal advice and support to various internal departments regarding contractual and general legal matters.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Draft and negotiate agreements to meet business objectives while minimizing risk
  • Collaborate with external partners to leverage expertise and resources
  • Provide expert advice on contract management and negotiation strategies
 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; admission to the Singapore Bar or other jurisdictions is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience reviewing contracts, ideally gained at a reputable law firm or within the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law principles
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
