Job Title: Senior Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising and staff training.

Skill Requirements:
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Possess good fashion sense and knowledge of current trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in full autonomy while following direction and strategy
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations

• Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times

• Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve their performance

• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment
