We are representing top-tier luxury houses in their search for experienced
Store Managers
to lead flagship and high-performing boutique teams in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to oversee operations, elevate client experience, and drive commercial excellence within a globally respected brand environment.
Your Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of boutique leadership—driving sales, coaching talent, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's heritage and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance
Analyze sales trends and take proactive steps to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including Merchandising, Visual, CRM, and Marketing to optimize in-store performance.
Monitor team KPIs and coach individuals to improve productivity and conversion.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior retail management.
Support seasonal feedback and product recommendations based on boutique insights.
Client Development
Champion a client-first mindset and ensure the team actively builds long-term relationships.
Support the planning and execution of boutique events and exclusive client appointments.
Guide the team in capturing and utilizing client data to personalize service and drive loyalty.
Lead by example and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Identify training needs and support continuous learning through on-the-job coaching.
Develop clear succession plans and nurture internal talent for future leadership roles.
Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with all brand procedures relating to stock, cash, and daily operations.
Oversee store presentation and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
Liaise with mall management and local partners on operational matters where needed.
What You Bring
At least 6 years of progressive retail experience, including a leadership role in a premium or luxury environment.
Proven ability to drive commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and retail operations.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
