Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Settlement: Oversee and execute all aspects related to the settlement of trading transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Business Process Development: Develop and document business processes to improve and strengthen internal controls.
  • Expense Management: Manage expenses for subscriptions, credit reports, and related financial matters.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with traders, operators, and charterers to ensure all settlement processes are smoothly executed, particularly for cargo deals and charter parties.
  • Financial Liaison: Liaise with the finance team to facilitate seamless invoicing, payments, and management of operational expenses.
  • Product Acquisition: Assist with the acquisition and management of publicly certified products like bio-feed.
  • Registration Management: Monitor and control the registration process for bank accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Strong initiative, with the ability to proactively handle tasks.
  • Team Player: A motivated, responsible team player with high working capacity.
  • Trading Knowledge: Good knowledge of international trading terms (e.g., Incoterms).
