About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Cycle Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform test rides (bikes) to assess vehicle condition and identify potential issues.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on motorcycle maintenance and repair services.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed.
  • Generate quotations, invoices, and process payments accurately.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You must also possess a minimum Class 2A license with 1 year's riding experience.
