Procurement Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the procurement operations at Pan-United Corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, including cargo transportation and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in sourcing quotations for requested items
  • Supporting in negotiating pricing and terms
  • Entering purchasing orders into the Oracle System
  • Preparing packing lists and invoices
  • Coordinating with logistics providers for permits and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Warehouse & Logistics or equivalent
  • Singapore valid Class 3 driving license
  • Forklift license
  • Willingness to work overtime
