Job Description:

The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the organization's enterprise risk management framework. This role involves identifying, assessing, mitigating risks across the organization to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the enterprise risk management framework, policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices are integrated into business processes, monitoring and reporting on the organization's risk exposure and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Additionally, this role includes providing training and support to staff on risk management best practices, preparing and presenting risk management reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Risk Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, compliance or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
