Electrical and Mechanical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting in the design and implementation of preventative maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as performing masonry works. They will also be responsible for clearing obstructions in sewer, waste pipes, soil channels, and grease interceptor systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Service and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, starters, switchgears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, laundry, kitchen equipment, cables, and electrical machines.
- Perform masonry works, including walls, beams, pillars, posts, cement floor traps, floor tiles, vinyl tiles, long bath grouting, pipe ducts, and staircases.
- Clear obstructions in sewer, waste pipes, soil channels, and grease interceptor systems.
- Repair defective flushing systems, toilet bowls, urinals, basins, vent pipes, and air-conditioning waste pipes; service and clean all grease traps.
