Operational Transaction Specialist

The primary role of the Operation Processing Officer is to oversee the efficient processing of inward and outward remittances, Fixed Deposit or related entries.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve any queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of processed transactions, utilizing database management software to track and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including database management software and spreadsheet tools.
