Job Role: Transactional Operations Specialist

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Transactional Operations Specialist, responsible for performing day-to-day operational activities related to inward and outward telegraphic transfers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming and outgoing telegraphic transfers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify customer instructions for completeness and correctness before processing
  • Perform daily reconciliation of payments to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payment-related queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Escalate system issues to technical counterparts for timely resolution
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations
  • Inventory management skills
  • Office management experience
  • Invoicing and data entry expertise
  • Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent administrative support skills
