Job Title: Field Services Manager

A Senior Leadership Role

This job is for a highly skilled professional who can oversee and manage a team of technical experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, including resource allocation and job scheduling.

About the Job:

  • Manage a team of 25 Field Engineers
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Tackle complex technical issues to prevent system downtime
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive issue resolution
  • Educate and train technicians to enhance their skills
  • Create comprehensive operation guides to support technician development
  • Coordinate test card and cash card distribution to field staff
  • Liaise with IT to resolve technical issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Degree in Technical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in technical operations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work extended hours when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach to managing field service operations
  • Class 3 driving license required
