About Our Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commissioning and qualification projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and execution of these projects.

Your primary objective will be to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery in line with client expectations. You will also supervise cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.

To achieve this, you will monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will ensure that all commissioning and qualification activities (HVAC systems, bioutilities, thermal mapping, etc.) are aligned with project objectives.

You will report regularly to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
  • A strong track record in leading commissioning and qualification projects involving site facilities, HVAC, utilities, equipment, and systems.
  • The ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication effectively.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA guidelines).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
