- We are seeking a seasoned hotel guest services manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services Management: Manage the concierge, bell services, and doormen teams to ensure they adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of concierge-related associates.
- Guest Experience: Offer personalized welcome experiences to guests, provide information on directions, transportation, events, and city highlights, and arrange tickets and reservations as required.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Chef Concierge and other hotel sections to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Concierge team in accordance with hotel standards, appraise their performances, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Experience: Proven experience in hotel guest services management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
