Job Title: Healthcare Operations Coordinator

The role of a Healthcare Operations Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities. This position requires a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that operating theatre and endoscopy lists are arranged efficiently and daily scheduling is done on time.">
  • Calling and confirming procedural appointments with patients for all surgical areas.">
  • Providing adequate information and financial counseling for patients regarding their scheduled procedures.">
  • Assisting patients and their family members with inquiries and providing solutions.">

Administrative Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will also be responsible for working closely with other department stakeholders to ensure a smooth journey for patients throughout their procedure.

  • Upkeep Surgical Call Centre's readiness on downtime policies, with resources available for downtime in the clinic.">
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and assume other responsibilities tasked by supervisors.">
  • Support supervisor in daily tasks, review and streamlining of work processes.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess at least an A-Level or Diploma qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

">

They should also have good multitasking skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

">

Candidates should be comfortable working in a hospital setting and flexible with shift work when required.

">

This is a 2-year contract role, subject to contract extension or permanent conversion with satisfactory work performance.
