User Experience Operations Analyst Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the user experience product operation of a global e-commerce platform in recommendation, establishing measurement standards and review mechanisms for user experience, and continuously promoting the improvement of user experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of relevant work experience; proficiency in English as a working language to communicate with stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, and a good understanding of e-commerce businesses.

Further Skills:
Strong pressure resistance, clear logic, willingness to analyze the essence of events, proficiency in solving problems systematically, strong affinity, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and good at driving cross-departmental cooperation to achieve goals.
