Hospitality Services Operations Manager

As a Hospitality Services Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations of our facilities to ensure on-ground site cleanliness. You will be responsible for guiding and training new cleaning crew or dishwashers during onboarding and daily operations, performing general cleaning tasks including washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment manually or using dishwashing machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations to meet facility standards
- Guide and train new cleaning crew or dishwashers in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as washing, sanitizing, and storing kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive working environment
- Address customer feedback or complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning operations is preferred
- Proficient in operating various cleaning equipment and machines
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and public holidays due to operational needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintenance of high personal hygiene standards
