Business Analysis Specialist

The role of a Business Analysis Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational systems. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can analyze business needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client's Student Information Management System functions by ensuring the system operates effectively, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.

  • Operations and Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for improving the system's performance, ensure its smooth functioning, and implement necessary changes.

  • Testing and Documentation: Develop test plans, execute tests, and document the results to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs, provide training, and ensure effective system adoption.

  • Extract insights from data to inform business decisions, develop reports, and visualize data trends.

  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Apply gained domain knowledge and experience to support various IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Above 5 years of work experience in the relevant technology area.
  • Strong business process, analytical, systems, and design thinking skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with end-users and vendors.
  • Experience in Application Systems support and maintenance.
  • Knowledge and experience of SDLC, RDBMS, and SQL.
