Transformational Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Designer to spearhead the digital transformation of Singapore Government agencies.
This role plays a vital part in achieving the smart nation vision by increasing engineering productivity and driving adoption of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS).
Main Responsibilities- Create high-quality documentation and content to drive seamless adoption of SGTS with an immediate focus on products related to CI/CD, Containers, and Observability.
- Digest and summarise complex technical concepts into different readable and understandable forms for different target audiences.
- Support building and driving content strategy across GCC and SGTS, leading pilots to evaluate content formats, types, and medium.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; keen eye for detail.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in IT industry.
- Opportunities for career growth, including evolving as a Tech Advocate or Product Manager.
- Collaboration with designers, programmers, product managers, and other disciplines.
A key requirement is ability to create engaging content that appeals to diverse audience. Preferred qualifications include background in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Software Development, experience with Kubernetes and monitoring tools, and graphics or design experience.
