About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for timely and accurate preparation or review of monthly, quarterly, and statutory financial statements for corporate and fund entities in line with applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation or review of financial reports submitted by select portfolio companies, investigate discrepancies, and ensure sound financial governance at the entity level.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes, including liaising with auditors and reviewing audited statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in annual budgeting and reforecasting activities, including compiling budget data and performing variance analyses.
  • Tax Compliance: Review tax computations and filings for relevant entities and support group-level tax filing processes.
