Dynamic Solution Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Migrate business and functional requirements into effective D365 solutions.
  • Create architectures for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
  • Lead and mentor teams of consultants and developers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery frameworks.
  • Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP/D365 solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
  • Strong expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Knowledge of Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing teams and leading workshops or discovery sessions.
Bonus Skills:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications.
