Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal staff and hotel guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support on end-user desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, PMS, POS and back of the house applications.
  • Perform hardware and software asset management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on system maintenance, support and implementation.
  • React to reported information security incidents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Will to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
