Senior Maintenance Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Maintenance Engineer to manage our facility's maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations, creating and implementing a systematic preventative/proactive maintenance schedule, and overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
- Forecasting upcoming facility needs and requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
- Implementing safety protocols and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory of maintenance systems and tools
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in facility management/maintenance is also required.
