About the Role:

As a Strategic School Operations Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all functions in your region, developing and executing country-specific strategies that align with the organization's brand.

The role involves overseeing operations to ensure organizational objectives are met. This includes financial performance management, budgeting, sales & admissions growth, academic oversight, legal compliance, operational efficiency, human resources management, marketing & sales strategy, financial operations, and project collaboration.

You will lead large teams and drive results-oriented initiatives that foster high-performing teams and promote organizational success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction, develop priorities, oversee campus operations, and offer insights to the leadership team.
  • Financial Performance: Manage P&L, develop performance metrics, track performance for fiscal control, and achieve profitability.
  • Budgeting: Establish annual budgets, manage resources, and review operational costs.
  • Sales & Admissions: Drive enrollment growth, forecast sales, and review admission targets regularly.
  • Academics: Oversee Principals and campus operations, provide strategic guidance, review academic performance, and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Legal: Ensure statutory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Operations: Supervise facilities management, procurement, and campus operations for efficiency and excellence.
  • Human Resources: Make manpower decisions, implement policies, and support employee development.
  • Marketing & Sales: Oversee marketing strategies, manage external agencies, and ensure enrollment targets are met.
  • Finance: Supervise financial operations, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Projects: Collaborate with the projects team on site development and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years in school operations management, with experience leading large teams.
  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week, on-site.
