Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the site in accordance with contractual requirements and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily routine works, including conducting inspections to ensure all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule.
  • Coordinating work plans with Clients' guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervising contractors on scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building premises.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Facilities Management Services or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing and sanitary.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week.
  • Willing to work at CBD area.
  • Hands-on experience in building operation, M&E services.
  • Experience in troubleshooting breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery is necessary.
