Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate educator to join our team as an Assistant Teacher in a preschool setting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children of diverse backgrounds and needs, supporting and assisting main class teachers in providing integrated and differentiated learning experiences.

You will be part of a collaborative team that engages with parents and community partners to extend children's learning beyond the classroom, and grow reflectively and professionally through in-house and external trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in early childhood care and education
  • Adequate knowledge of current early childhood development theories, research, and practices
  • First-aid certification

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
