Enterprise Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects for our enterprise customers. As a key member of our team, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, define project scope, and create timelines with clear outcomes for enterprise customer projects.
- Monitor and report on all aspects of projects, including progress, profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications, and critical issues.
- Manage and coordinate project resources, ensuring that the right people with the required skills are assigned to each task.
- Implement best practices to improve the methodology and quality of customer engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, providing them with updates on project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or program management roles.
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in product-based companies or consulting firms.
- Previous exposure to European and/or North American customers.
- Ability to lead and manage complex and concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle competing client demands.
