Aerial Fitness Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial Yoga Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead safe, engaging, and inspiring aerial classes for participants of various skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach aerial yoga or aerial fitness classes according to the studio schedule.
- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and modifications for different fitness levels.
- Ensure participants' safety by teaching correct techniques and monitoring form.
- Prepare class plans that are engaging, challenging, and aligned with Avante's teaching standards.
- Maintain a welcoming and motivating environment for all members.
- Set up and check aerial hammocks/equipment before and after each class.
- Assist in promoting classes and engaging with members to build community.
- Certified Aerial Yoga / Aerial Fitness Instructor (recognized training program).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors may be considered).
- Strong understanding of aerial techniques, safety protocols, and anatomy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and continuous learning.
- Flexible schedule - weekday evenings and weekends preferred.
- Freelance basis.
