Drone Technical Expert

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). You will assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and integrating drones hardware systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SOPs
  • Integrate drones hardware systems
  • Set up equipment/engineering systems
  • Test and calibrate components and systems
  • Maintain, repair and troubleshoot drones
  • Apply electrical skills in preparation of components
  • Configure and test drone hardware prior to deployment
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure drone systems meet operational standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • 0 to 2+ years of hands-on experience with drones/UAV systems
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams, manuals and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments
