We are seeking a Fragrance Beauty Ambassador to promote our Fragrance products in our Central Singapore stores. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your product knowledge with customers.


Fragrance Beauty Ambassador Role

This is a unique opportunity for a sales-driven and customer-service oriented individual to join our team. As a Fragrance Beauty Ambassador, you will act as our brand representative, promoting our Fragrance products and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Promote Fragrance products at assigned counter
  • Welcome and interact with customers, share solid product knowledge, and convert opportunities to sales
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional consultations
  • Maintain basic housekeeping and abide by all operation procedures
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions; replenish stocks as needed
  • Ensure counter cleanliness and proper presentation of products and testers on shelves

Your Profile/Key Skills:
  • Sales driven and customer-service oriented
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; past exposure in beauty or luxury industry is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate interests and/or knowledge of Fragrance products
  • Proactive and demonstrate willingness to learn
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Meticulous attention to details
