We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Salesforce Solutions Architect to direct and facilitate the effective deployment, management, and structural integrity of our Enterprise Applications platform, with a particular focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Design and supervise the overall Salesforce architecture to ensure it aligns with current and future business requirements. Develop and sustain a scalable and robust architectural framework, encompassing data models, integration strategies, and application design.
  • Program Leadership: Lead the formulation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce program. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and strategies, managing the program lifecycle from planning through execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the Salesforce program roadmap, detailing architectural improvements, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and address business requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, including those involving significant architectural modifications, from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, adhering to best practices in project and change management.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assess and implement architectural enhancements to boost system performance and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction. Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance and professional development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations and architecture. Utilize data-driven insights to promote continuous improvement and architectural refinement.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators, focusing on architectural changes and new features. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools and features.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and third-party consultants. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture, and program leadership. Proven track record of designing and managing complex Salesforce architectures and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning. Experience with Salesforce integration tools, API management, and data architecture is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in mentoring and developing talent.
