Job Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our Community Interventions division. As a champion of collaborative approaches, you will recognize the impact of trauma and foster hope, recovery, and positive youth development.


Main Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of all division programs through a trauma-informed lens, ensuring seamless integration and effective outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting regular reviews and updates as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop systematic monitoring processes that track both therapeutic outcomes and program effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Craft trauma-informed outreach strategies that meet youth where they are, reducing barriers to access and promoting equitable opportunities.
  • Provide trauma-informed supervision that models emotional safety and professional growth, supporting team members in their personal and professional development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trauma-Informed Practice: Demonstrate expertise in trauma-informed care principles and their application in youth services.
  • Case Management Excellence: Leverage prior experience in strengths-based case management, with a deep understanding of complex trauma presentations.
  • Policy & Systems Knowledge: Possess a strong grasp of social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement strategies.
  • Cultural Responsiveness: Showcase experience working across diverse cultural contexts, fostering inclusive and respectful relationships.
