Job Title: HR Operations Executive

  We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide operational support in the employee life cycle process from onboarding through to offboarding.

  Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing employee records, including creating, updating, and deleting employee information in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup.
  • Preparing HR letters, such as employment agreements and confirmation letters.
  • Processing work pass applications, renewals, and cessations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administering enrolment or dis-enrolment of staff discount, where relevant.
  • Tracking probation and confirmation cases and working with reporting managers to liaise with respective managers for assessment and completion.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Retail, FMCG, Luxury, or Hospitality sector.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
