Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Professional to manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of packaging assets.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including labels, safety markings, barcodes, and local transport regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the maintenance and repair of packaging assets.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for safe handling, transport, and delivery schedules.
- Implement overall ESG supply chain activities that support business strategies adapting to changing market conditions.
- Direct engagement with forwarders, including negotiation and selection.
- Documentation management and communication with stakeholders for products, packaging assets, and freight.
- Responsible for booking shipments in carrier systems or portnets and following through.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal functions (distribution, warehouse operations) to ensure timely shipment, container movement arrival schedules, and cylinder integrity for filling.
- Ensure accuracy on Bills of Lading for customs declaration and clearance, including shipping records and export permits preparation.
- Manage product responsibilities, including shipping document preparations/declarations, to ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas.
- Assist in sourcing initiatives across ASEAN in collaboration with product management, strategic procurement, and business teams.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
