Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and collection of payments;
  • Process orders and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers;
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and existing customers;
  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation;
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field;
  • Candidate must possess at least 'O' level / Diploma or its equivalent;
  • Required skills: MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel;
  • Well-organized and responsible individual with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to handle correspondence and billing with customers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to multitask and work independently;
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin (for coordinating with Chinese-speaking customers).
