Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Infection Control and has experience in sales, project management, and product presentation.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sales product presentations and demonstrations that cater to different stakeholders.
- Develop and execute user-in-service training, user competency tests, and on-site inspections of Infection Control equipment and consumables.
- Provide sales and demonstration support to existing accounts and acquire new customers in assigned territories.
- Plan and provide on-site support for equipment and consumables trials in hospitals.
- Promote and educate customers on Infection Control Consumables such as indicators and chemicals.
- Provide clinical application troubleshooting of equipment and consumables.
- Gather and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and gather insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Prior sales or project management experience in Infection Control Equipment for Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSD) will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
