Job Description:

  • The Property Manager and Operations Supervisor will oversee the management of a large-scale property with over 100,000m2 of Gross Floor Area (GFA). The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and co-ordinate the in-house team and appointed sub-contractors.">
  • The Property Manager and Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns, and trouble-shooting. This includes providing technical support and attendance where necessary, acting as an Authorised Person, and managing the Permit to Work systems.">
  • They will also oversee building and facilities management contracts to ensure timely delivery and execution of contractual obligations. This includes conducting regular statutory inspections, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, and implementing inspection and spot checks.">
  • The Property Manager and Operations Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Property, including preparing monthly progress reports, certification of work completed, and issue and control of variation orders.">
  • They will provide customer service-related issues, respond promptly, and take action items with customers in a timely and professional manner.">
  • The Property Manager and Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for office management functions, office support services, and administrative support to the Board.">
  • This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and written communication skills. A valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.">
  • The ideal candidate should have a Degree from a recognised tertiary establishment in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services. They must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Operation, managing large-scale properties with similar GFA.">
  • Valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification and Tier 2 CFME accreditation are desirable but not essential.">
  • The successful candidate will start work immediately if possible.">
