Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Supervisor to join our team at ST Engineering Marine Ltd.

As an Electrical Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site supervision and operations activities of our electrical systems. Your primary duties will include performing daily briefings and deployments of workers/subcontractors, planning work schedules, coordinating resources, and inspecting work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

You will also be responsible for preparing for weekly progress meetings, supervising workers, and resolving technical issues with the electrical distribution center. Additionally, you will need to prepare and submit field reports to owners and senior management for approval.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience working in the marine industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Liaise with QA to arrange for inspections
  • Perform QC checks on completed work/jobs
  • Enforce the use of appropriate PPEs for all workers under your charge
