Job Title: Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Operations Manager to lead our production and delivery team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our precast concrete products production facility, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective production.
  • Manage and coordinate manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies at all stages of the production process.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and operational staff.
  • Plan and optimize resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and raw materials.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, taking corrective actions promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, productivity, and workplace safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in building materials and manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete production is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HSE standards and quality assurance systems.
