Job Title: Operations Leadership Role
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency? We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a calibration and testing laboratory. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the calibration operations of the department
- Implement continuous innovation strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Assist in tracking financial parameters and implement measures to meet required KPIs
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to track and report monthly unbilled receivables and aging
- Ensure contractual SLAs are met
- Implement and ensure compliance for various operations requirements in the department
- Interface with Corp Functions to resolve any issues related to project delivery
- Migrate from existing to new ERP systems for the Division
Requirements:
- Relevant degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing business division operations
- Competent in managing resources, manpower, process improvements, and generating reports
- Strong team player with honesty, integrity, maturity, and self-motivation
- Confident communicator with all levels and different cultural backgrounds
- Hand-on experiences in the operations of a calibration and testing laboratory advantageous
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5:30pm
